Reservation Policy Eligibility:

Our reservation policy applies to bookings that have met the eligibility criteria:
a. for all à la-carte bookings a per person booking fee is required  and,

b. For all buffet bookings, a full prepayment is required to confirm the booking

Reservation Confirmation:

All Buffet bookings will only be confirmed after the full prepayment.

Cancellation Policy " Regular Bookings ":

Credit card details are required to secure your regular reservation, at Lal Qila.

Once your booking is confirmed as per "Reservation Confirmation", a pre-authorization of $10 per person will be taken from your nominated card. This will then be applied to your bill upon dining. 

 

Should you cancel your reservation prior to 72 hours of the arrival time or fail to show up for the booking, the $10 per person pre-authorization will be deemed nonrefundable and/or nontransferable to a later date.

Credit card details are required to secure your lunch buffet reservation, at Lal Qila.
 

Once your booking is confirmed as per "Reservation Confirmation", a pre-authorization of full $$ amount will be taken from your nominated card.

Should you cancel your reservation prior to 72 hours of the arrival time or fail to show up for the booking, you will be charged the full buffet price at a per-person rate as per your booking. Pre-authorization will be deemed nonrefundable and/or nontransferable to a later date.
